I’ve written a number of articles for non-academic publications (below), and given interviews to the New York Times, The Bookseller, and Radio 3, as well as speaking at a range of public events.

Public speaking

I introduced the  authors Zoe Lambert and Larissa Boehning at the Bluecoat, Liverpool, on 31 March 2011, conducting a Q&A with the authors.

Participated in panel discussion at ‘Divided Skies’ at Soho Theatre, a weekend of Theatre, Literature and Discussions about East and West Germany, 30-31 Jan 2010.

Took part in a panel discussion for the launch of Berlin Tales, at the Berlin Story, Berlin, Sept 2009.
